The organ — a central instrument in the life and work of J.S. Bach — is now a part of Oregon Bach Festival’s expanded educational offerings. The OBF Organ Institute, directed by Grammy Award-winning organist Paul Jacobs, offers organists the opportunity to immerse themselves in the music of Bach and explore technique and interpretation through specialized seminars, master classes, and performance.

Organ Institute relies on the continued generosity of our donors to provide tuition-free access to all accepted participants. Room & board are also provided for the entirety of the program. Participants are responsible for travel at the beginning and the end of the season.
