Auditing the ClassOrganists, other musicians, and music lovers can also be a part of the class and learn from Paul Jacobs as non-performing auditors. Auditors attend all classes, trips, discussions, and concerts just like performing participants. There are no qualifying requirements to attend, but there is a maximum number of auditors accepted and they are chosen on a first-come, first-served basis.
Tuition and LodgingFor the 2025 Institute, tuition for auditors is $500. OBF offers lodging to Organ Institute auditors at one of the University of Oregon’s residence halls. Lodging rates include breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Auditors may “opt-out” of lodging and instead procure their own accommodations.
RegistrationTo attend the OBF Organ Institute as an auditor, please send us a request to complete the Auditor Registration Form. After completing the Registration Form, you will receive an email from OBFOrgan@uoregon.edu with your invoice and payment instructions (please keep an eye on your spam folder). Your registration is not complete until payment is received. All payments must be received by June 1, 2025. We look forward to seeing you in Eugene!
